How to configure YUM in RHEL 4.8

I want to install number of rpm's in rhel 4.8, Is there any automated way like YUM which i can use for RHEL 4.8. Since i googled but I don't find any way to configure YUM in rhel 4.
Please let me know If there is any way by which i can install RPM's.

Hello,
I think since yum is been introduced in RHEL 5, we will not be able to configure yum.in RHEL 4.
Correct me if I am wrong.
