BIOS of virtual box

Can some one please tell me that how to go into a BIOS of virtual box, as like VMware..? I tried on Ubunu host machine, I tried with option F12/Del/F8 are not working for me, I am getting 2-3 seconds to do this :(. Can some one please help ?
