Aws Cloudwatch monitoring on local

In our company we are having different aws accounts for different clients and each account having many ec2 instances and rds.

I am looking for tool that will help me to collect all the cloudwatch metrics of every server from every account and displays it to local machine in every 5 minutes so that we can monitor all instances on one click.

what you want to monitor actually, only log or server uptime, CPU, RAM etc?

If Hardwares related update you want use ganglia.

or Ganglia + Nagios for Notification

We received a requirement for configuring a web URL (http://xyz.com) in Zenoss 4.2.0 for monitoring the website every 5 minutes whether the website is working or not.
