Have u install openvpn on remote machine install xrdp using yum install xrdp then check rdesktop -g 90% ip address

i want to connect windows pc from linux using internet public ip.
how to use linux remote desktop in linux.

Some times we have to make setting changes in the Windows machine to allow Remote desktop.

Please follow these steps in your windows 7 computer.

To allow someone to connect to your computer using Remote Desktop Connection

1. Open System by clicking the Start button , right-clicking Computer, and then clicking Properties.
2. In the left pane, click Remote settings. ...
3. Under Remote Desktop, select one of the options to allow connections. ...
4. Click Select Users.

and then try connecting with you linux system to connect to the windows system.

rdesktop <ip>

It was a firewall error from windows side
